The 2015 swimsuit issue of Sports Illustrated hit the shelves today, and like any red-blooded American, I purchased it, downloaded it to my iPad, and flipped through every page like it was the last thing I was going to read on Earth. The issue starts off hot with Hannah Davis looking fine as hell on the cover. All your favorites are in the magazine: Nina Agdal, Emily Ratajkowski, Lily Aldridge, Gigi Hadad. Sorry, Upton fans, she’s not in it (thank God). While the issue may have missed with its athletes (Wozniacki is a plus but gets washed out with Ronda Rousey) it still brings the heat with body paint and a few fresh new faces in this year’s rookie class.
Whether we are talking about NFL rookies, MLB rookies, your pledge class, or the SI swimsuit rookies, no single rookie can be treated the same. Sorry, but that’s just how the world works. If we were all treated equally, we’d all be the number one overall pick in the NFL draft. With that in mind, let’s take a look at this year’s rookie class and see how each one stacks up. Not a strong class overall, but there is one franchise changer in the class.
7. Ashley Smith
The teeth really take away from what is a fantastic body. I wanted to rank her higher based on her body alone, I really did. She still could do some damage this year to many pants across the nation.
